   I have a metallic fridge/freezer unit, model C380 and would like to get a replacement freezer basket with the clear plastic front panel. Where are replacement drawers available from?
   Perhaps, Defy could consider making the drawers more durable, as the plastic components seen to be fragile.

   I too have the same stove, but my problem are the knobs and the regulators to which they are attached. As yet unable to find someone who even knows about the stove!

   I have a side by side refrigerator/freezer, purchased in 2007. Lately it has been showing the alarm light without any real cause, we then have to switch off the power plug and on again to reset the alarm. This is becoming frustrating as we do not know if there is a real problem. The freezer also does not freeze the ice cream suficient as it is alway soft. Could you please give us advice? Thank you!

    I have a 3 year old Defy Gemini multi- function thermo fan twin oven and I’m not very the way this oven is rusting all along the seams in the oven and on the outer rim. What are you going to do about this??? My previous Gemini twin oven was 20 years old and there was no rust on it at all. Another worry about my new oven is the fan in the rear is very dirty and don’ t know how to clean it.

    I need a technician for my defy washing machine. The one I got from the PTA West factory came to fix the non draining problem and now each time I switch it on, it causes the main switch to trip. He is now avoiding my calls.

    The machine is out of gaurantee, 5yrs old and I will pay for the service

    I also have a Defy Super 20 gas stove. While in storage somebody did affirmative shopping, and now I am looking for the 4 turning knobs for the plates, the plate that fits onto the gas burner plus the inside rack on which you place your casserole. PLEASE HELP!!!

    I have a Defy side by side refrigerator/freezer. The alarm light is flashing, I then have to switch the power off to reset the alarm. The freezer compartment does not get cold enough to freeze the contents. I have been told that it could be the sensor, element or fan. The unit would have to be taken offsite to be repaired. Any advice!!

    I also have a super 20 gas stove , which suddenly stops to warm the oven and one of the burners, as if it does not get any gas through. However, the other three burners still burns normally.
