    I purchase a F350 refrigiater from Mr. Jaco Britz – 082 464 1641. He bought it directly from Defy Warehouse in Pretoria. He is the middle man. He told us the only problem is that it got scratch or a dent and we got a year garantee. It has broken 2 weeks ago and he report it to Defy to send somebody to come and fix it at our home in Burgersfort, Limpopo. Some guy from Nelspruit were at our home on 28 May 09 and told my child that he must order some spares for the refrigiater but in the meantime nobody has came back to fixed it. Another problem is that it haven’t got a serial number plate or model number on it. If the garantee expired, how is it going to be fixed without the serial and model number plates. We were very disapointed in Defy and going to contact the consumers board to help us with this problem. We’ve got some other Defy products and we didn’t have any problems with it but this one we’ve got a major problem.

    Can you please call me in this matter and help us to solve it.

    Please help me. We bought a Defy Conquest but would like to know when is the switch on the “warmest” temperature – is it 1 or 6 (for instance). I know that 0 is “off”. I cannot find any information in the document which came with the fridge/freezer.
